Mellisa Ethridge On The Grammys

Being an old **** , I was excited to hear about a tribute to one of my early idols, Janis Joplin on last nights Grammys.
Joss Stone started the song, She is a great young vocalist (altho I think her voice could have been boosted slightly in the mix), Then Mellissa came out and I was kinda shocked at seeing her totally bald (I heard she was taking chemo for breast cancer). But she was in full swing and delivered a intense version. It was a great tribute to Janis and a great performance by to awesome ladies.

Mel did Piece-o-my heart and before that, Joss did "Cry".

The other highlight of the show was seeing my fantasy lover Henry Garza help only the show with his Los Lonely Boys brothers. That guys has ONE LUCKY GUITAR! (okay, sure, his wife is lucky, too!)

Oh how frustrating - the cable guys aren't coming out to our new house until the 18th. So now I've missed the Super Bowl, M.E.(whom I adore) and I will end up missing the premiere of "Survivor". AHHHHHH - OH and because I had to travel out of town and WORK, I missed Cherie's radio show. When is it going to end??? [img]graemlins/whatever.gif[/img]

Thankyou so much, and WOW what a performence..
I love Melissa and she lokked great bold. When she creamed in the middle of the song i totally lost it. I got guus bumps all over and she totally rocked............
